Most Android phones set the APN automatically when you insert a RelaxedSIM data SIM. If the phone shows a signal but has no internet, use the steps below to configure the APN manually.
Set up RelaxedSIM on an Android phone
- Insert the RelaxedSIM nano SIM card and power on the phone.
- Open Settings → Network & internet → Mobile network (menu names vary slightly by phone brand).
- Turn on Data roaming.
- Tap Access Point Names, then tap the + icon (or Add) to create a new APN.
- Enter these settings:
- Name: RelaxedSIM (any name works)
- APN:
globaldata - Username: leave blank
- Password: leave blank
- Tap the menu icon and choose Save.
- Select the new APN from the list.
Your free 100MB/7-day trial starts automatically the first time the SIM connects. If data still does not work, restart the phone and confirm the APN you saved is selected.
