Shipping Policy

Every RelaxedSIM order ships free of charge — no minimum order and no handling fee.

United States

US orders are dispatched from our US warehouse, usually within 1 business day. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days, and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. US parcels are delivered to your door by USPS or another national courier.

International

Orders shipped outside the United States are sent door to door by DHL, UPS or FedEx, usually within 7–10 business days depending on the destination country.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be packed and handed to the courier — the delivery estimate above starts from that point.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also see it at any time under My account → Orders. If the tracking has not updated within 3 business days, email support@relaxedsim.com with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier for you.

Customs and duties

Any customs duties or local taxes charged on international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery delays

Shipping times are estimates. Public holidays, weather and customs inspections can occasionally add a few days. If your parcel is delayed, contact us and we will chase it with the courier.
